Grown, hand-picked, and prepared in Nantou, Taiwan at an altitude of 650 to 800 meters, this tea captures the pure beauty of the highlands.

How to brew

Brewing tea is an art. Use this as a starting point to discover your own perfect way of enjoying tea.

Simple brew

Heat water to 200°F
Add 1 tea sachet for every 8 oz of water
Let it steep for 5 minutes
Re-brew up to 3 times

Cold brew

Add 1 tea sachet for every 8 oz of cold or room-temperature water
Cover and refrigerate for 8+ hours (overnight works best)
Re-brew once more, or use hot brew method for an additional infusion
