How we started
Teappo started as a small dream shared between a wife and husband — to bring the joy of artisan teas into everyday life. Growing up in a family rooted in the Taiwan tea industry for over a century, we’ve built lasting relationships with tea farmers in Taiwan and Japan, based on trust, respect, and shared passion.

We love the quiet, mindful moments of traditional gongfu cha. But tea should also feel personal — something that brings joy and comfort in your own way.
Knowing life can be busy, we introduced Tea Sachets — premium loose leaf tea in biodegradable pyramid sachets, easy to brew anywhere without sacrificing flavor like typical teabags made with dusted teas. Inspired by the love of matcha, we created Tea Powders, carefully grinding Taiwan’s oolong, green, and black teas under low temperatures, so you can easily make jasmine green latte, earl grey latte (London Fog), oolong latte or other creative drinks at home. Our newest Tea Candies capture tea in a small, playful form, made with just tea powder, maltose, and sugar, offering a sweet and simple way to enjoy tea anytime.
