Shipping & Returns
We will shop your order as quickly as possible. During a normal business day, we ship orders in 1~2 days once the order is placed successfully. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We are happy to offer free shipping with any orders of $39 or more. No coupon code needed.
United States only
We only ship our products to United States as of now. Our default shipping option is either USPS Priority or First Class Mail based on your location and package size and weight. You will have the option to choose the express option during checkout.
We are available during business hours to answer any questions you have regarding our tea. However, once purchased, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for tea, unopened or otherwise. If you are not completely satisfied, or there is a problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
We do our best to ensure that you will receive anything you buy from us in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We've seen an increase in missing packages. If your package marked as "Delivered", please allow a few days for the package to arrive. If you still do not have your package after a few days, you can file a Missing Package Request with the USPS or File a Claim with the UPS soon.
If your package is protected by shipping insurance, you will receive the full price refund from the USPS or UPS upon successful confirmation. You can either place a new order immediately or wait after the refund is received. We'd highly recommend you consider selecting shipping methods with signature or insurance protection, if you concern about the potential risk or had bad experiences in the past.
All orders over $100 will be shipped with insurance for protection without additional charges.
If you lost your package and don't have shipping insurance, we are happy to offer a free replacement for your first lost, stolen or missing package. We will collect the handling and delivery fee of $16 from you. All packages will be upgraded with shipping insurance to secure you receive the replacement order.
Please follow the replacement order process as below:
- File the claim - Missing Package Request (USPS) or File a Claim (UPS)
- Retain the proof of claim and email to firstname.lastname@example.org for record
- A draft order will be sent back to you with the missing items. We will also collect the $16 handling and delivery fee from you at this moment
We will only be able to provide ONE replacement order per customer. Thank you for your understanding and supports of our small family business.
