Shipping & Returns
We will shop your order as quickly as possible. During a normal business day, we ship orders in 1~2 days once the order is placed successfully. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We are happy to offer free shipping with any orders of $39 or more. No coupon code needed.
United States only
We only ship our products to United States as of now. Our default shipping option is either USPS Priority or First Class Mail based on your location and package size and weight. You will have the option to choose the express option during checkout.
We are available during business hours to answer any questions you have regarding our tea. However, once purchased, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for tea, unopened or otherwise. If you are not completely satisfied, or there is a problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
We do our best to ensure that you will receive anything you buy from us in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
