Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us at hello@shopteappo.com.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–5 days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
What shipping carriers and options do you use?
Our default shipping methods are USPS Priority or First Class Mail, depending on package weight and destination. Express shipping is available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $60 — no code needed.
Damages & issues
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@shopteappo.com, and we’ll make it right.
What if my package says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
Sometimes packages marked as “Delivered” by carriers arrive a few days later. Please allow a few days for the package to arrive. If your order still hasn’t arrived, please file a Missing Package Request (USPS) or Claim (UPS) and email us the proof at hello@shopteappo.com.
What if my package goes missing?
All orders over $100 include free shipping insurance.
If your package is insured and lost, you’ll receive a full refund from USPS or UPS once confirmed — you can place a new order immediately or wait for the refund.
For peace of mind, we recommend selecting shipping with signature or insurance protection.
Can I get a replacement for a lost package?
Yes! If your package is lost and wasn’t insured, we offer a one-time replacement for a $16 handling and delivery fee. All replacement orders are automatically upgraded with shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
To get started:
- File a Missing Package Request (USPS) or Claim (UPS).
- Keep the proof of claim and email it to hello@shopteappo.com.
- We’ll send a draft order with your replacement items and collect the $16 fee.
Please note: only one replacement order is available per customer.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return tea?
We want you to enjoy every cup of Teappo tea. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for unopened tea in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Simply email us at hello@shopteappo.com to get started. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
