Where do you get your tea?

We source our teas direct from tea gardens in Taiwan. With a family history of trading premium oolong teas for over 100 years, we built deep relationships with tea farmers and are able to source and bring the best teas to you at a reasonable price.

What is loose leaf tea?

Loose leaf tea is a tea that is NOT brewed in a teabag. In most cases, loose leaf tea is made of higher-grade tea leaves that are whole and unbroken. When brewing, you often get a more flavorful cup with stronger aromas. 

Can I get free samples?

Yes! We know how hard it could be to find your favorite tea. Please leave comments and let us know what you want to try before placing the order. You can select up to 3 free loose leaf tea samples with shipment and handling fee at your cost. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide tea powder sample at this moment because of some constraints.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

We will shop your order as quickly as possible. During a normal business day, we ship orders in 1~2 days once the order is placed successfully. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Our default shipping option is either USPS Priority or First Class Mail (approximately 1~5 days) based on your location, package size and weight. You will have the option to choose the express shippping during checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are happy to offer free shipping with any orders of $49 or more. No coupon code needed.

Can I return tea?

We are available during business hours to answer any questions you have regarding our tea. However, once purchased, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for tea, unopened or otherwise. If you are not completely satisfied, or there is a problem with your order, please contact us at

What if my order is damaged?

We do our best to ensure that you will receive anything you buy from us in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
