Inspired by this, we source premium whole tea leaves from Taiwan — including oolong, green, and black teas — and carefully grind them into fine tea powders under low temperatures to preserve their aroma and flavor.

For loose leaf teas and tea sachets, you can usually brew 2–3+ times. For example, one regular-size bag of Osmanthus Oolong tea with 24 servings can yield up to 72 cups of tea.

Most of our teas have low to medium caffeine levels, while matcha and tea powders tend to have slightly higher caffeine (medium level). We also offer caffeine-free options.

Generally, a cup of tea contains less caffeine than coffee, and thanks to L-theanine, a natural amino acid, the caffeine is absorbed more gently, giving you steady focus without the crash.
