Orchid Oolong, also known as Dong Ding Oolong (凍頂烏龍) or Frozen Peak Oolong, is one of the most highly appreciated oolong teas worldwide. Produced in the high mountain regions of Luku, Nantou County at an altitude of 500-800 meters—the real frozen peak. Made with a unique ball-rolling process, these tight, semi-ball tea leaves are best enjoyed over many infusions.

How to brew

Hot brew

Quick and easy everyday method, using your favorite mug or teapot.

Heat water to 200°F
Add 1 teaspoon (3g) for every 8 oz of water
Let it steep for 5 minutes
Re-brew up to 3 times

Cold brew

Steep in cold water overnight for a smooth, refreshing, and sweeter taste.

Add 1 teaspoon (3g) for every 8 oz of cold or room-temperature water
Cover and refrigerate for 8+ hours (overnight works best)
Re-brew once more, or use hot brew method for an additional infusion
