Hojicha (焙茶) is a special member of the Japanese green tea family. The unique roasting process gives the tea leaves a beautiful amber color and imparts a delightful nutty and sweet flavor. Our Hojicha is crafted using only the highest quality first flush tea leaves, guaranteeing a robust aroma and no astringency. If you pay close attention, you may discover hints of caramel and chocolate! Hojicha can be enjoyed both hot and cold.
