How to brew

Brewing tea is an art. Use this as a starting point to discover your own perfect way of enjoying tea.

Hot brew

Quick and easy everyday method, using your favorite mug or teapot.

Heat water to 180°F
Add 1 teaspoon (3g) for every 8 oz of water
Let it steep for 3 minutes
Re-brew up to 3 times

Cold brew

Steep in cold water overnight for a smooth, refreshing, and sweeter taste.

Add 1 teaspoon (3g) for every 8 oz of cold or room-temperature water
Cover and refrigerate for 8+ hours (overnight works best)
Re-brew once more, or use hot brew method for an additional infusion
